I would absolutely never recommend anyone to work at The Woman's Hospital of Texas! They don't care about you as a person. You're just a warm body. HR is horrible. They try very hard not to give any bonuses and try to get out of reimbersment of any kind. If you ever have a problem, there is no point in asking for help. If you want to work at a place that will respect you as an individual, do not work here.
Cons: you're treated like a number, not a person.
