I usually do not like to write negative reviews but felt a need to write this one. Nathan did high/low lites on my hair and convinced me that I needed a deep conditioner treatment without telling me the cost of the conditioner. I should have asked so this was my fault. When I checked out, I paid almost $250 for color, cut, and conditioner!!!! Unbelievable especially since I have short hair!!!! Unfortunately, that is not the worst. The next day, while brushing my hair, I noticed pieces of hair falling into the sink. The areas where bleach had been applied were breaking off!!! Within a week, what had not broken off was beginning to look fried. I had so much broken/fried hair that I had to get 3 inches cut off! This, however, didn't help with the ""halo"" of broken hairs I had at the top of my head. I will NEVER recommend this salon to anyone ... in fact, I will warn them to stay away!
