I got a call a few minutes ago from someone at Frank Myers Auto Maxx. The person said her name was Jill and she was from an Extreme Satisfaction Team and asked me if I could share my Frank Myers experiences online. So I agreed. Since buying my Jetta, I have received numerous compliments on my car because it is so nice. I get a call from the customer service dept every month to ask me if everything is still ok with my car and they ask me if I am still happy. I say yes. When buying my Jetta, the Frank Myers Auto people were so happy for so long. Either they were on something or they loved where they were working. I tend to think it is they are so happy because it is a happy place. Happy music with balloons, popcorn and drinks. It's like happy hour at the car lot for God sakes. Would I go back again? Yes I would. I go back for an oil change every month. And to Jill in the Extreme Team at Frank Myers auto, I am glad I could help and you are welcome.
