I went to By Brazil tonight with three friends. When we received the bill, we noticed that we were overcharged for a portion of the dinner. When we brought the overcharge to the attention of the waitress she said she'd speak to the manager. The owner came over and said that we were overcharged, but that his ""wife"", the waitress didn't like the way we spoke to her. All we did was bring to her attention that the bill was incorrect!! He also mentioned that the iced tea refills are free, but arnold palmers (iced tea and lemonade) refills are NOT free. He did correct the overbilling on the meal.
Pros: Good fried bananas
Cons: Unprofessional service
