I don't know what you are talking about. Backers never yell at anybody. They have some of the best customer service of any of the stores I have gone into. I never wait more that a minute until someone is there HAPPY to see me. Mrs. Backer is a 60 year old lady. She does not go around doing all the things you say. Get a life! I commend any business that has been in this city as long as they have. They MUST be doing something right.
