Agree - stay away from Cottonwood Futons, they are a rip off. I ordered a futon mattress, paid extra for rush delivery and it took over 3 weeks to get! It went out to the East Coast and back. When I called they were rude and nasty - I told the woman to look at a map - I live right next to Wisconsin. They would not refund the extra charge. Very poor customer service - nasty, rude and ugly on the phone, I don't think they want to sell futons. Plus, after 2 years the mattress was worn through and lumpy - they would not honor the warranty of 5 years.
