From the moment I called I was put at ease. The receptionist explained their level system to me, which allowed me to choose what I wished to pay (I shelled out the money for one of their top stylists.)
I was greeted pleasantly, offered a glass of wine (which, after a long day of work was more than welcome) and my appointment started right on time.
I honestly don't believe I've ever had a better head massage when I've had my hair washed! This is always my favorite part of the "salon experience" and too often it's rushed through or unpleasant. Not this time.
And my stylist, Natasha (sp?), was fantastic! My haircut was superb, and it was like I was talking with an old friend. I don't think this woman has ever met a stranger. This was easily the best salon experience I've had since moving to Virginia over 3 years ago!
Pros: Treated like family, plus they offer wine!
