I will not use Peters again - some time back, I ordered flowers for a local funeral and spent a good amount of money. The arrangement was embarrasing for the amount of money spent. I called them up and they gave me 15% off - at least that was some sort of effort on their part (i didnt write a review even though i still was not satisfied). On Mothers day, i decided to give them another chance because i usually prefer to support locally/family owned shops as opposed to big corporations. I called and asked for a Friday or Sat delivery. I was ensured they would be there in time for Sunday Mothers day. Sure enough, Sunday comes, and Still no flowers. I called them on Sunday and i received RUDE customer service with no apologies, only excuses. I will not be giving them a third chance - what a shame, now i will be going with a large flower chain that guarantees delivery, quality, and has an adequate level of customer service. If Peters reads this review, i hope they dont get defensiv
