We went there for immigration paperwork. They over/double charged us and after I argued the fees, manager agreed to refund me but never refund me a penny. I called like 10 times and finally gave up. They do NOT know immigration procedures and do NOT know how to fill out our forms right. I had to go there several times to argue with them. They never listened and gave crap like ""I know what I am doing and do not teach me."" Finally I had to put everything in writing and showed them guidance from government immigration website. They fixed the forms finally but attitude is horrible, horrible. I never met any professionals like them. It is a shame. DO NOT go there if you want to do immigration paperwork or you will be screwed. By the way, their staffs have no smiles on their faces - very pitiful.
