I asked to have an 'original hem' done on expensive jeans and was assured this was possible. I was very disappointed when I picked up the jeans and found a brand new hem. After I was yelled at, I asked if they still had the hem and could salvage my jeans. I never received the promised follow-up call with the status and when I called I was told perhaps they would be ready today. Also, there is no fitting room, the place is dirty, and things come back smelling rather musty. I will not be a customer in the future.
