I would like to respond to the people who responded rudely to the unhappy review that was previously entered. I understand that the comment may have put a bad light on someplace that another values, but that is certainly no reason to attack them. Also, if you feel the need to defend something or debate an opinion, you should do so with facts alone. Bringing in assumptions and insults is completely unnecessary. This is a place to express opinion. The people doing so are stating THEIR experiences so if you don't agree state a positive experience YOU had.
I'm not going to go through everything said but I would like to state that I have been to several pet stores (both big and small) that were beyond clean--despite people bringing their pets in, having pets there for sale, and several people in and out of the shops on a regular basis. They smelled just like a home and you wouldn't know that they had more animals than the average fish. So the bit about a pet shop smelling no matter what and being impossible to keep clean is quite untrue.
I also take serious exception to the following assumption:

Completely unacceptable. There is no need for name calling or to assume such things. Absolutely unnecessary. The English language is teeming with adjectives and other more appropriate things to say if you want to express such feelings.
I was reading reviews to see if Animal Crossing was a good place to get pet rats for my boyfriend and I, based on reviews I am rather unsure about that but we shall see despite it all.
Lastly, if I came into your coffee shop acting like I was high and mighty I would expect just as good as service as anyone else because I am a customer. I'm giving you business, not asking you to live with me, so the least you can do is put up with me for the time it takes to take my order and make the coffee. Because the world isn't full of perfect people and also, that is how good service works and how you stay in business.
