I purchased a pair of expensive sunglasses in June. In October they were broken while in my jacket pocket. York (and/or their supplier) do not stand behind their product and is charging me almost $100 for replacing what were obviously faulty frames!
Pros: interesting frame selection
Cons: don't guarantee product
