I've had a number of great experiences with Progent. I've called Progent's remote support line numerous times and gotten help from Microsoft Exchange experts who solved my email server problems. Besides Exchange issues, they have also helped me with various Microsoft IIS issues, security problems and router configurations. Progent charges by the minute and I've been very satisfied by their response time. Since it would've taken me hours to research the issues and try various solutions (oftentimes without fixing the problem), utilizing Progent's expertise has been invaluable from both a time and money perspective. It's great to have quick access to a technical resource I can count on for focused and reliable answers to my IT problems.
