My husband and I moved to Woodwillow from overseas and didn't see the property until the day we moved in, but we are so happy here, we have just renewed our lease.
Our home is spacious with good storage, a nice fireplace and our own private garden. We also have a balcony off the master bedroom which we both enjoy very much. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet still close to local amenities and bus routes.
The site itself is very pretty with well maintained gardens and a newly refurbished pool area - perfect for Texas weather! There is also a communal grill and picnic area for residents' use. Although there are washer and dryer fittings in each property, there are also laundry facilities on site for your convenience.
The staff here are fantastic too. Marge, the manager, was such a great help to us when we were trying to arrange moving here from thousands of miles away and everything went smoothly when we arrived. She has a great sense of humor and is always looking out for us. I feel that she genuinely wants her residents to be happy because she understands that your home is such a big part of your life. She and they maintenance guy, Willie, make a great team. Any repairs are fixed promptly and they both make time to answer any questions you have.
I'm very happy in Woodwillow and glad we have found such a friendly community of people to live amongst. I hope my review was helpful to you in considering this property for your new home. :)
Pros: Gardens, balconies and fireplaces available. Pool!
Cons: Kitchen is a bit on the small side.
