My wife and have been looking at Bube's for 2 years now as far as dining in the catacombs. I was a little hesitant, because I know she wasn't crazy about eating 4 stories underground. I've go to tell everyone out there, not only was it worth the 98 mile drive from Philadelphia, but the atnosphere is unmatched and the food was probably the best that we have ever had in any restaurant. The chef was a fill-in according to the waitress, but whatever the case, it was amazing. We're headed back the end of this month for dinner and an overnight stay. For anyone considering Bube's, do it!!!! You won't be disappointed.
