Horrible Service - Long Time Customer 5/23/2010

My fiance and I have been customers for quite a while. We decided to give your pizza a try about a year or two ago and really liked it. Not only was it good, it was fairly cheap. Since then, we have only ordered your pizza. Not any more. We'll never order from 5 Buck Pizza again. If you pull up my account and my fiance's account, you'll find numerous complaints over the lifetime of the accounts. From small annoyances of missing toppings to major problems of forgetting entire side orders. Usually we call, complain, and get some sort of free credit. Well, the other day's ordeal was the final straw. I called in and the ""computers"" were having problems again. Nothing new, we've dealt with it before, but usually this is when a topping or two is incorrect. Anyway, you had a special of 2 large pizzas and cheese bread. I also ordered a 2 liter of sprite. The worker didn't know the price due to the computer being down, but told me it would ""be around $17."" Fair enough. 45 minutes later our pizza man arrives. The first thing I try to do is actually pay for the order. I try to hand him my credit card, but he tells me I need to call and pay for it. I ask him to take care of it, but he rudely tells me I need to. Before I call, he hands me my order. My 2 pizzas and cheese bread. No 2 liter. ""Where is the Sprite?"" I ask. He tells me it is in his car and he'll be right back. I call your store while he is getting the 2 liter. While giving my credit card to a different worker, I look outside to find the pizza delivery man is gone. He drove away. I couldn't believe it. He didn't even come back and tell me he was leaving or what he was doing. Frustrated, I tell the worker on the phone ""he just drove off."" She tells me he left the sprite at the store. Knowing it will take at least a minimum 10 minutes to drive to the store and 10 minutes to drive back, I tell them to forget it and take off the charge. The worker does, but informs me the total is $17 and some change. ""But he forgot the sprite"" I repeat to her. She informs me of a $2 delivery fee. Well this is new. Normally, I wouldn't mind paying a ridiculous fee, but now we have no soft drink to go with our pizza. This was your fault, not mine. I just sit there in silence, waiting for her to acknowledge the unsaid problem. But she doesn't. So I pay the total, including the fee, for this horrible service. The last straw is when we open the cheese bread to find we have no sauce at all. Plain cheese bread, great. They also forgot a topping on one pizza and didn't give us any jalape?os as I requested. What a joke. If this was the first time, I wouldn't really care. I would just call in and complain again, but forget it. That is it. You've lost a customer forever. I'll take back any positive word of mouth I gave to friends and family and inform them of how bad your service is. Pros: Nothing Cons: Service, Forgetting items more
