This was by far the worst dining experience that we have had in a very very long time. The food was completely overpriced and had absolutely no flavor. My quesedilla was limp and under-cooked and my husband's enchiladas were extremely small, tasteless and the cheese on top was barely melted. The ceasar salad that we ordered really was the worst part of the meal. The lettuce was limp and on the way to being brown, and the croutons on top were straight from a bag. This salad was DISGUSTING and we couldn't bring ourselves to eat more than one bite. The salsa was watery and the chips were stale. My husband's margarita tasted like it had no tequilla in it and was not worth the 9 dollars that we paid. All in all, we will NEVER go back to La Costita and will tell everyone we know that they should avoid this restaurant at all cost. We are so bummed because we rarely go out to eat since we live on a budget and this was SUCH A WASTE of our hard-earned cash.
