I went there last weekend at around 6PM and 1st off, the elevator was a p.i.t.a since you had to punch in a code to get to the 48th floor. Then you are seated at the lounge instead of the dining area, which I had no clue of until I noticed no one had entrees and no wait staff came to offer me a menu. Bad service! Then, I had to stop a waiter to ask for a menu and he told me this was the lounge only serving buffet(ugh, horrible choices) and drinks and the restaurant was on the level below. I proceed to the level below and 3 old ladies are waiting to be seated, restaurant is EMPTY! The decor was so shabby and the chairs dirty! The view is all this place can tout!
