I have mixed feelings after reading these reviews. Once they performed a complete fluids exchange on my vehicle although I was told later my car didn't need it. My husbands car was returned back to us and now the seat warmers don't work. The staff there is amazing! Super friendly and very helpful. Carlos is wonderful! :))
