We thought that the practice sounded perfect, until we actually went there. The women at the front desk were so incredibly rude that my husband actually turned and looked at each other in astonishment. We both figure that if they treat us with that kind of contempt, we don't even want to think about how they treat the dogs/cats/pets when the owners aren't right there to supervise. No way, no how will they ever touch one of our dogs. Driving off the mountain for a vet is inconvenient, but we'd rather deal with the inconvenience than worry about how our dogs are treated.
Cons: Extremely rude.
