Would not accept the return of a defective product since the packaging was not intact - 3 days after purchase. Also, had to argue with them to accept the return of spray paint. I had purchased extra at the insistance of the sales person. Had been assured that any that was not used could be returned. When I went to return the unused portion was told that the sales person did not know what he was talking about (somehow my problem) and that they did not accept returns. If I had not been holding up the checkout line I believe that they would have continued to refuse the return. Will not shop there again. The store was once great when Mr. Smith was there - sorry that it has changed so much.
