In general I think Red Pepper's dishes are better than any other Chinese takeout place I've been to, but the value is questionable. It's fairly expensive for what it is, and whenever I got takeout they always leave about half an inch empty at the top of the carton.
Pros: Good Food
Cons: A little Pricey, take out cartons aren't fill all the way
