I took my chiming windup clock in for regulation and servicing. They said I needed a complete overhaul. After overhaul the clock did not work and I took it back and it still did not work. It obviously still did not chime after the third go round and it was obvious that it had not even been checked. I have had this clock in 4 times now and these people act like they are bending over backwards but have been careless and incompetent.
Pros: No Pros for Repair
Cons: My Clock Repaired 4 Times, Incompetent Repairs
