I took my cats to this groomer based on my vets recommendation. The second time I took them, we thought they had razor burn on their necks, and when they lost more hair we took them to the vet. They have ring worm. It takes 3 weeks to get the test back, and now my 2 dogs have it as well. The shop owner Melissa is refusing to accept responsiblity like a responsible shop owner. My cats are indoor cats, and don't go outside. None of my pets or family have ever had this condition. I am really disappointed in the owner and the shop. Be warned, don't take your pets there or run the risk.
