Excellent service here. I took in a broken front door latch from my house, hoping to buy the inner workings that were broken. The fellow told me to call the company and they would ship the inner parts for free. I called the company and they all arrived three days later. What great service; most folks would probably not tell me all this. I'm going back here with EVERY key and lock problem I have. This guy thought about me first so he gets my repeat biz....
