I went here to find a case for my ukulele. The guy barely acknowledged my presence, then said, ""No, I'm out of cases....."" Then he simply turned away from us. Did not ask what else he could help me with, did not say he could order one for me and have it brought in. ...NOTHING. In fact, I thought he was going to say something else, but after turning away from me, he simply walked out of the ukulele room and left my husband and I there w/o nary another word. What poor service!!! Rude! Will I go back? Nope. There are many other nice shops that offer guitar service and products. I luckily found Dusty Strings up in the Fremont area and they are very knowledgeable about ukes.
