I just got the worst highlight and haircut ever. The ""stylists"" never took the time to listen to my needs. The lady who highlighted my hair never faced me towards the mirror so I could see what she was doing. Big mistake - my hair ended up getting fried. Then, the gal who cut my hair was so unfriendly and hardly spoke 2 words to me the entire time. She never took the time to listen to my needs, and the result is my haircut looks exactly the same as it did when I walked through the door, split ends and all. She cut my hair so fast that I asked her if she was finished, just kind of joking around, and sure enough, she was. She never gave me a mirror to check the back of my hair. I had a really bad feeling the entire time which took the relaxation out of the experience. Oh, and they were 20 minutes late taking me back and never apologized or acknowledged it. Do not get your hair done at this place!!!!
