Alex is fantastic: He must have a magic wand or a Genie/Jin in residence. Alex has done amazing work on everything I have taken to him. He is honest, straight forward, friendly and personable. He does shoe wizardry like the good ole days. I'll never go to any other shoe repair person as long as I live in Vancouver. I am accustomed to great customer service and fanastic work (Los Angeles)...Alex gives you all of it and he has a terrific sense of humor as well.
