I moved in recently well only it has been two months and have had my cars vandalized. I go to the office to tell the office manager and she just says call the police. That is a joke. They keep getting the front gate rammed since I moved into the place and they say that it has happened alot well sounds to me like they let crooks and vandals move into the place or people who associate with them that is why the gate is rammed alot and cars are vandalized because, birds of a feather flock together. A securaty gate is not an issue if vandals and crooks live in the place or people who associate with them they know the code. Management is an issue the place looks nice but to me if I was running the place and the gate kept getting rammed I would have gotten a secruity camera long ago instead of replacing the gate alot less expenesive. Do not move here by the way they acted about security matters I can tell they will stiff you in other areas, the manager has to stiff people when they leave to make up for the damage that is done to the property by the crooks and vandals that live and visit here. I believe the other comments on here and other pages I have seen they look very nice but are not! You can tell the good comments were written by management themselves! Always check comments on apts before moving in I will next time!
Pros: Looks good that's it.
Cons: Lot's of damage to the property renters pay for!
