The owner of the salon, Linda, was amazing when I was in a jam. It was my daughter's 8th birthday and I didn't want to go to the mall for a quick and unclean ear-piercing. I called her salon and she was closed and OPENED for us and treated my daughter like a queen. She was sweet, very calm and my daughter has told all her friends about the "special" way she was treated. I can't believe that kind of service exists today! Skip Claire's Boutique in the mall and have it done right... I suspect Salon 911 provides all it's hair, aesthetic and spa services in the same manner. Thanks Linda! Leah, Hermosa Beach
