Terrible Costumer Service!!! ?? I used there service for delivery of a package from St. George to Provo. They told me to be at the drop off point at 7:10 pm (Which is the time also published on there website) My wife went to the pick up point at 6:50 to be sure she did not miss them and waited and waited and no shuttle. At 7:30 I called them and the guy I talked to informed me he got there early and left at 6:45. No apology given, real smug and almost rude. We are 30 min. away from the drop off point and after waiting almost an hour there was a waste of about 2 hours. He said he would send it on the next shuttle the following day and if I was there at 6:45 pm I would be safe. I was there at 6:40 and at 7:30 I called and he said the driver would be there any min. at 7:50 I called again and he said, "the driver left at 6:55" I informed him that I was here from 6:45-7:50 he said I wasn't. I asked him what he would do if he was the customer in my situation and he told me he would be there at the correct time. I then asked him what the correct time was. . .the one posted on the website, the one I am told when I call to find out what time I should be there or the one the seems to magically change each day. At this point I am frustrated to no end and one of the reasons I am most frustrated is because he is so smug and unapologetic. They have no sense of customer service and do not run a good customer based business. Pros: None Cons: Terrible customer service and resolution skills!! more
