I've had rolfing sessions once before in 1995, but never Structural Integration. SI is a completely different (and far more pleasant) experience. Rama is professional, knows what he's doing, explains everything in a comprehensive manner and is a lot of fun to boot! He loves what he does and what more could you ask for when someone is working that intensely to relieve your aches and pains? I've have nine sessions with Rama and I feel my body has changed all over the place for the better. He personalizes each session to you. He does not worry about the time it takes (meaning he is not distracted by the clock)... your session is as long as it takes to achieve that session's goal. I really cannot recommend him enough.
