This was the worst experience ever. We brought 11 watches for a battery change in. He scratched all of them very bad on the back and broke the most expensive one. He just denies that he has broken the watch and scratched the others. We will have to pay a lot of money to get his mistakes fixed. Do yourself a favor and never go there. He is incompetent and a liar.
