We have been part of the LVH family of clients for two decades. We have seen many changes over the years. Many of the staff and vets have changed in that time also. Like most change some were welcomed and some were not so pleasant. I think that is part of life. Can't please everyone all the time. I would like to add, that I do believe that LVH do their best to meet the needs of all their clients, human and animal. You can request a vet of your choice when making an appointment. Their emergency services are a blessing and so welcome when needed. Their ambulance service efficient and valuable. I have found that if you do not agree or question treatment of any kind they are very good about discussion, explanation and alternatives if approached in a calm and logical manner. Over all I have been pleased with their service, care of our animal family and efforts for meeting our needs.
