I've been frequenting this store since the early 80's when it was owne by Evelyn & located on 35th Ave & Bethany. Then Shar bought it. She expanded the 35th Ave/Bethany location & eventually moved it to 35th Ave & Greenway. Dottie bought it & moved it to the Sun City location. I am in tha center evey week b/c I take my mom to get her hair done in that center. Yet, I've only been in Dotties THREE times in the few years at this location & today I swore off the place forever. They've reduced the size & inventory by at least half of what Shar turned over to them. Customer service totally sucks. I waited in line for 10 minutes & finally walked out w/o purchasing anything. Since I'm there each week, this store would have my loyalty (since I've been a customer since the days of Evelyn & purchased a Bosch Universal, a Foodsaver, a Magic Mill Flour Mill & 5 Duramatic pressure cookers from this store over the years) if the products & customer service warranted it. Unfortunatley, I have sworn off this place for good. Came home & ordered my items from Amazon.
Pros: better than an empty storefront
