We sent this woman e-mails, and called her several times. She never got back to us until we called her office and told them that we could not get ahold of her. We wanted to look at a property and we had been calling her all day with no answer on her part. When we finally got in touch with her, she agreed to show us the property. Literally 5 minutes later, when we were turning onto the street, she called us to tell us that she was leaving. We told her that we were just turning onto the street, so she turned around and opened the property for us. She was very cold, did not even say hello, nor did she give us a tour of the place. She just stood at the door, holding it open, waiting impatiently for us to leave. The phone calls have been very rude, and she clearly did not want to make a sale. I am so disappointed with her lack of professionalism. I will never go through this company, and I will be advising my friends not to as well.
