Received a horrible hair cut from the owner - the next day when getting ready for work, I found a small section of hair that did not get trimmed and hung down at least 3/4 of an inch below the rest of my hair. When I went and tried to cancel my next appointment, the person answering the phone said she couldn't deal with the owners appointments and that I need to call and track him down at his new salon in Federal Way. Such bad service both from the owner and his employeess, I do not recommend this salon for any service.
