They get an F on Customer Service, an F on repair time and a double F on price. I couldn't believe I had to pay them $70 just for an estimate.......they then quoted me over $500 in repair costs, so I took my laptop secure remote support and only paid $105 for the same service that the Geek Squad wanted over $500 for.
