Okay, before I start, let me set the record straight. Any review referencing the greenhouse is out of date. I?ve been going to Cravings for 14 years and I know the original greenhouse closed 5 years ago. The owner did re-opened a few doors down but the new place has none of the ambiance the first place had. Now about Cravings today, they have the best coffee in Cleveland, period. They?ve been roasting their own coffee since as far back as I can remember. Until you have had coffee minutes out of the roaster you have not tasted how good coffee can be! Plus they have the best staff I?ve ever seen anywhere. They know my drink and have it ready when I show up. Most of the employees have worked there forever. Don?t be intimidated by all the dark complexion men, they are recent immigrants and know where to come to find coffee like they serve in European coffee houses!
