Here's a hint: If your wait staff thinks that it's okay to shove a customer who is standing at the bar, then proceed to tell them to ""Get the f--k out of the way!"", you have problems.
Here's another hint: If it happens more than once, you have two choices: 1. Fire the jerks, or 2. Lose business.
I went to the Leprechaun at the suggestion of a friend, and though the food and drink was good the staff was terrible. The door guy was cool, but everyone else acted like jerks the entire time. The above example actually happened when a bar-back or bartender decided that me standing in one location was a terrible sin that could only be fixed by shoving me.
