... but this is now. i returned to CBF recently after not having been in almost two years. wow- has this place changed, and not for the better. it is dirty as other reviewers have said, but the service/ employees are the absolute worst part. these guys act like they work at Studio 54 or something, rather than at a local burger joint in the Ukrop's parking lot. everyone was so irritated with the fact i came in, i had to check and make sure that i hadn't accidentally come in right before closing. nope. it was 6:30. get a clue, employees and management of CBT- stop acting like rude, hipster jerks especially when the public has their choice of any one of a dozen Red Robins or Five Guys in town. if CBT goes out of business and you're all unemployed, you have yourselves to blame.
Pros: food is okay, but was much better years ago.
Cons: too many to list, but employees and service is the worst
