I have recently taken some strength training and cardio boxing classes at 501. Their trainers/staff are very knowledgeable, super friendly, and not pushy. The classes truly are like getting personal training results at a much lower price. Their techniques are unique and effective. Although you are in a class with other people you definitely feel like they are personally helping you and guiding you. If you are interested in personal training, this is just as good of an option and much more affordable!
