Rapscallion has always been a favorite for locals ... and a welcome get-away for tourists who want to escape the often boring hotel/casino restaurants. Both wait staff and kitchen staff are very responsive to special requests, and take great pride in making the dining experience "tailor-made." (NOTE: for a quiet, "private" dinner for 2 - 4, reserve in advance and request a "cabin.")
