When I went to order my glasses, I was rushed like the world would end in 35 minutes when the optical service closed. I was told I'd have no time to look at additional frames because of the closing time. I only needed a few minutes to do so and it was rude to rush me out of there when they were supposed to have been open for business. There would have been ample time after the transaction and before closing for this to take place. I understand people want to go home...but there's no excuse for the rush job! The price was pretty reasonable but I am told that the glasses will take a lot more time than promised--No one called to tell me, I had to call and find out my status. Ppoor, rude serive...I just hope my glasses turn out well. Pros: reasonable price Cons: bad service more
