My husband and I thought we were saving a few hundred bucks by shopping at their rundown showroom on Dale Mabry. We were very mistaken. Every week after our furniture was originally promised, we have been put off by yet another delivery date. Each time we are told the furniture will at another date and then this date is extended. We were told after 5 weeks that they discovered the don't even have the item in stock and it would be another 3 weeks! We agreed that we should seek a refund for the furniture, but so far that has proved impossible. Each time we go to the store, we are told about some other manager that has to approve our "request." These crooks entered a contract, broke it, and are refusing to provide us with a refund.
Again, if you are reading this, PLEASE reconsider buying from this company. I would like to save anyone from the frustration we have experienced. It feels like robbery-plain and simple.
