Two times in a row, Gene Juarez has messed up with my appt. and tried to get me to go in with the person who happens to be avail while I am there.
The manager was not sincere in his apology, and to make up, he gave me a card with his personal telephone number on it. Why would I want that?
The prices are way too high compared to the stylist experience. It is a training ground for new stylists, who move on once they are good.
Pros: None come to mind
Cons: Expensive, Snobby, Can't keep appt book straight
