Love the way the pick-up crew puts our cans back upright with the lids back on, and they pick up where other companies do not. However, customer service is really bad. It takes several calls, notes, and letters to get anything changed when needed. And we had a rough time getting service set back up when we moved into the area again, had the cans out for two weeks before the phone calls finally got us on the pick-up list. It would be a great asset to the company to get office staff who ran the office.
