My E320 needed new brakes. Called the dealership and German Auto Center for quotes. German Auto was 50% less than the dealership. Scheduled the service for the next day, dropped off my car, hopped in their loaner car and went to work. Svc Mgr called me 2 hrs later with an update, my car would be finished in 1 hr. Stopped in at lunch, the invoice matched the quote, and I was on my way. So easy! The next day, I received a follow up call from German Auto Center, making sure I was satisfied. Very Nice! Since my factory service warranty has expired, and German Auto is so convenient they will be taking care of my car from now on. Nice to have my car serviced without someone trying to sell me a new car or additional parts.\r
