As a former repeat customer of Toadflax for the past 5 years, I am extremely appalled by Tom (the owner’s) recent service. After receiving very expensive roses from my husband, the roses inexplicably died within 48 hours. I spoke with the owner to inform him how surprised and disappointed I was and he was terribly abrupt and extremely defensive. I did not request replacement flowers nor ask for a refund. I had not exposed my bouquet to cold weather nor were they lacking for water. Toadflax is VERY pricey and I would think for the prices they charge, they would stand behind their product or at the very least be kind to their customers. He briskly told me to take my business elsewhere and he couldn't care less. He is the rudest of men. Truly a toad.
