I HAD TO CALL THE MAIN NUMBER AND ASK FOR THE MANAGER TO GET AN INTELLIGENT HUMAN. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE TWO ""ACCOUNT REPS"" ATTITUDES AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. SHE LISTENED ASKED ABOUT MY ISSUE, CONFIRMED SHE HAD IT RIGHT AND PROPOSED A SOLUTION. SHE REFERED TO ME BY MRS., APPOLOGIZED THAT I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. SHE LAUGHED WHEN I ASKED WHERE SHE GOT THE TWO UPPITY ONES WORKING THERE AND SAID ""SAME PLACE WE GET OUR CUSTOMERS, FROM REAL LIFE"". I GUESS THATS RIGHT! I ASKED IF I COULD DEAL ONLY WITH HER THEN BECAUSE NO DOUBT SHES LOOKING TO HELP. SHE DID GIVE ME HER DESK NUMBER (BUT PROMISED THAT EVERYONE THERE COULD HELP ME IT DIDN'T NEED TO BE HER) \r IF THAT WERE THE CASE I WOULD NEVER HAVE HAD TO CALL FOR THE MANAGER - RIGHT?\r P.S.\r DON'T EVEN BOTHER EXPLAINING YOUR ISSUE TO THESE TWO. (TRACY AND AMANDA) THEY DON'T LISTEN. AFTER THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD (TO DO THEIR NAILS NO DOUBT) THEY COME BACK TO TELL YOU WHAT YOU ""CAN'T"" DO. OR TRY TO EMBARRASS YOU.
